Have owned several and by far the best I have found are Russell Moccasin Company. The original pair I bought in 1994 had a built up sole inside since my rt leg was 5/8" shorter than may left. I would still be wearing them today if I didn't have my hip replaced and leg lengthened. Got remeasured and ordered another pair in 2006 or 2007 at the NWTF convention.

I went to the factory in 94 and it was like walking back in time, very cool

Danner is the only boot I will buy never had a problem with leaks ever! I am timber buyer and cruise timber all the time and I will tell ya thats the only boot that has lived up to my expectations for work in the woods and heck of a pair of turkey hunting boots! Cant go wrong with danner!

I like my rocky snake boots but I found out that the tounge is not protected.   Does the Danner boots have a protected tounge?   Not sure why they made boots without total protection??
