Go and read the Rules under, Turkey call Classifieds , read the new 2019 classified rules .. if you haven't read the rules. This may help you with your answer..

Definitely go read the rules to get updated, but you don't need a post minimum to purchase things. But you would to sell or list calls in the classifieds.
