Benelli M2 patterns

Well I got talked into giving a 20ga a shot this year so went and picked up a M2 with 26" barrel.  Didn't have time to get it drilled and tapped so it has a speed bead and FF3 on it.  The chokes are both Carlson's tubes.  .555 and .565.  Shooting Federals straight 9s, 1.5oz. 




Dirty barrel on both shots.

300 is very obtainable now with a 20, if you looking for it.

Either pattern looks good. Did both chokes shoot to the same spot?

I believe the .555 shot just a little higher then the .565 did.  Other then that, very similar POI.

Question;  I thought all Benelli M2's came drilled and tapped already?  I bought one last year and it was drilled and tapped

I'm not sure but my m2 20ga was new from Cabelas this year.  My buddy has an older 20 m2 with the 24" barrel and it's not tapped either.  My SBE11 is tapped. 

The M2 shot great on my trip to GA a couple weeks ago!!
