Just paid a visit to my LGS, had a 535 Turkey/Waterfowl combo on closeout, $349, Mossy Oak Obsession, told me the 535 is no more, grabbed it, missed the one I gave to my grandson even though I'm happy with my old Winchester Ranger 120. I got home and checked the Mossberg site, 535 no longer listed! Looks like it's just the 500 and 835 pumps now........If you want a 535, maybe the time to get one!

What's the difference between the 500 and 535..I think my first pump gun ever was a 500  20 gauge. Still have it.

For sure man. No question the 535 is hands down the worst gun I have ever fired.

I'm guessing a business decision, but I always wondered why Mossberg made both the 835 and the 535?  If you want a Mossberg, I think the 835 is the better option. I had a 535 for a short time, and hands down the hardest kicking 3 1/2" gun that I've shot.  I don't miss mine.

Shooting a turkey is a murder suicide!
