Trying to decide between both guns anybody shot either ? Opinions

I've got the Weatherby SA459 and used it the last two seasons.  Handles well and patterns great with TSS.  I've got nothing but good things to say about it.

If God personally made the perfect turkey gun... would probably be a SA-459

Well I have both my Winchester is the X3 long beard. I have patterned it and it did outstanding with hand loaded TSS. I have not hunted with it. I can tell you that the Sa459 has been hunted and killed a bunch of gobblers. It is lighter and feels better than the X3.  I will be hunting the X3 this year and then will know which I like better. And the sa459 was around 630.00 where the X3 was 1200.00.  One thing though the sa459 had a horrible trigger 8 pounds and 1/4 of creep. Local gunsmith fixed all that though.
Don't gobble at me...

That is the only compliant I have heard about the weatherby is the trigger
Curious if they fixed that problem with the newer model

Purchased my SA-459 20 gauge after last turkey season and it has the worst trigger I have ever pulled. This can and was fixed by my local gunsmith. Mine does not cycle Apex shells well, but I have only shot it about 25 times. Hope this gets better.

I've got two regular weatherby sa08. I bought a pistol grip to put on one before the sa459 was designed. I've shot 20+ gobblers between the two of them. I haven't had trigger issues.
