9's and an inexpensive Carson

X3.  You can chase #s but you'll be hard pressed to get better performance from an affordable Carlson 575 non-ported choke paired with an Affinity (and any HTL load in the 1.5+ oz range).

I run an Indian Creek .562 in my Affinity with Apex 1 5/8 oz #9 TSS.  That combination puts 300+ pellets in a 10" circle @ 40 yards.

My affinity didn't like the Carlson's but it loved another inexpensive choke which is the Trulok .585. Carlson's did slightly better numbers but didn't throw as even a pattern as the Trulok. Both of the chokes are equally cheap and equally good out of an affinity though. You can pick up both for the price of "top of the line chokes" and see which your gun likes best.
