A guys son here in KY got this bird this week. As anyone ever seen anything like this

I shot one like that in New York last year. From a distance it looked like the head was really white. The bird also a lot lighter colored scales on its feet too.

That does look wierd. Never seen anything like that. Looks like frost bite. I would be interested to see what Dr Williams has to say.
