I've narrowed down my choice in a new 20 to an Franchi Affinity or a or a Stoeger 3020. My question is for the guys that hunt more than just turkey. I also plan on using it for ducks squirrels and dove. Which would you get for all around gun a compact/youth 24" or full size with a 26"? This will also be used by a few kids. I am also going to put a holo sight on it.

For me, or one of my grandkids, I would lean to the Affinity with 26" barrel.

I just bought the Franchi 24" compact two days ago. It comes with LOP adjustments that bring it all the way out to near size of their standard sized 20 gauge. Absolutely perfect for me with the LOP adjusted all the way out as I'm 6'2 and have a large wingspan but can be dropped all the way down to perfect size for my little boy when he gets of age and it weighs in at a whopping 5.6 pounds. It's a darn fine gun and either way you go you will be pleased. I recommend the compact personally though!
