Why did ANYONE watch NASCAR ever ?

Couldn't see the point of watching a bunch of guys in cars with less HP in the whole engine than what a funny car has in one cylinder go round and round for two hours 150 mph slower than drag cars go in 3.5 seconds

Why do they have signs at businesses that say "No dogs allowed, except seeing eye dogs"?  If you need a seeing eye dog,you will not see the sign.  Just put "no dogs allowed".
