This would be getting REALLY fun if it weren't so aggravating..........

Bought a Cecil Fry Fencepost out of Colorado.   The USPS overshot me by almost 300 miles.  The call has been bouncing back and forth between facilities in Philadelphia and Pottstown, PA for 4 days now.   I hope I see it some day.

Simultaneously, my Mrs bought an item from Florida.   It went to Pittsburgh like the next day.........which is 50 miles away........then it went to........(wait for it)....... Pottstown, PA.    It's now, ALSO, 300 miles away and has been for 5 days.

I ain't makin' this up !!   I couldn't........

Here's the odd part.   For all the items I've mailed in the last year or so, I've only had one issue.   The items got delivered, eventually.

I think paboxcall told somebody who I work for.........   ;D

Hope they don't charge you for road miles. :TooFunny:  I've had mostly good luck with the USPS over the years. I did have a check I sent to a forum member on here for a call & still don't know where it went. I sent him another one & he received it a few days later. Then last summer I ordered a red dot & it got lost about 50 miles north of where i live. According to the USPS it was scanned to go on the truck & that was the last I heard of it. After about 3 weeks I asked the seller for a refund. He said I had to wait for the post office to look into it. After I had ask him 2 more times for a refund with no luck, I filed a claim with ebay & within an hour the money was refunded into my paypal account. After nearly 2 months the USPS emailed me & declared it lost. Haha no kidding! Good luck Yoder409.

Well, here's an update to add to the mystery..........

Both packages are being returned to the sender.   Why ??   Because, somehow......... mysteriously............a package sent from Florida to Western PA and a package sent from Colorado to Western PA, both within a day or two of one another........... BOTH of them were address corrected to the same street in a town nearly 300 miles away from here.

Neither package has ANYTHING to do with the other except that they were both eBay purchases.

You tell me............
