Tommorrow is opening day, and it is currently snowing like crazy.  I think it will be a tough hunt in the morning.

Snowing here too. But i won't be able to go untill the weekend anyway. And the snow was all but gone just a few days ago. hope it melts fast.

Open for me in the morning too Brian. I will be hunting down here in Chelsea. My buddy got us a couple farms we can hunt. First time I have ever hunted turkeys down here and I have lived here my whole life. Good luck and be safe.

I've got the 234 hunt, so there's still a few weeks of waiting for me.

I cut my teeth chasing birds in the NLP, but started chasing birds around home here in mid-Michigan a few years ago.  Its a different style of hunting these birds around home.  They're daily routines are dicated much more by agriculture than the birds of the big woods up north.

Best of luck tomorrow!

I'm from Midland, and just started hunting around here the last few years.

We used to hunt some north of "The turkey capital of MI" in Commins.  Getting tough to find birds up around those parts.
