First off, want to say a big thank you to Mike Pentecost of Woodhaven as he has always treated me fairly. I own many calls and many custom calls including Halloran, Lights Out, Lon Trice, etc. But the service I get from him is Top Notch can't be beat. My Vision Crystal went dead on me and lost it's sound. I quickly emailed Mike, and his immediate response was to Priority ship me a brand new one sight unseen no questions asked. He wanted to make sure I had that call for my Missouri turkey season and I alone from that experience will deal with Woodhaven for a long time. I wanted to share my experience with Mike and Woodhaven as I know that a lot of people think they are overpriced. Have a great day everyone and good luck hunting!

I bought a call several years ago and used it that season. The next year in the middle of the season the sound board came loose. I emailed them and they told me to send it back. 1 week later I had a new call in my mailbox. Great customer service to replace a 1+ year old call. :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:
