Fan Transport after harvest??

When my buddies and I go on an out of state trip, we bring a cooler bag like this

And bring a bunch of big ziploc bags big enough to completely contain the fan once folded up. Each individual ziploc bag has the beard, tag, feet, and fan for each bird. All of the ziplocks with bird parts to in the cooler bag with just enough ice to get home. They go in the freezer when we get home till we are ready to preserve them in the desired method.
