Down n Dirty outdoors

Does anybody know what happen to Down n Dirty outdoors. There turkey calls were my favorite.

I'm pretty sure they went out.
I was strictly a D-N-D user.
I was a big fan until my pots started coming apart and after winning a contest with them they didn't honor my gift card. I ended up giving away what I had left and bought new calls.
