Does anybody make a checkered long box, not very common??

I don't own a long box but I have several regular size from different makers,,for me if it isn't checkered I just don't want it. I'm wondering why we don't see more fully checkered long boxes ?? I see them with checkered paddles but not ever or rarely with sides too. I would love to see one in the classic two row of checks on both the paddle and side of box with the nice inlays, basically a short box on steroids!!
Wondering why we don't see this more,,sound, time consuming, not has strong a long box???
Love to see some pictures if there's any out there.

I just spoke with Texarkana Texas' Dan Harris, and he has ten checkered long boxes that he will be bringing to Unicoi. I can certainly vouch for the sound and quality of his longboxes-I have two of them, and I wouldn't part with either of them. And, they are reasonably priced!

I have a Jeff White long box checkered in all walnut. Very nice looking and a great sounder!!!
