Pappy's striker arrived!

What a beauty this thing is....I usually donate a few strikers to the woods every season, I certainly hope it ain't this one!

Jack is a true craftsman, the detail in his turning is really nice.....and it looks pretty good with the pot.

And.....an added bonus of one of his crow calls was in the box! what a nice surprise.

I also recently received a snakewood striker (actually 2) from Pappy and they sound really good.  they get soft, but still have a little rasp in the rollover, and then can get loud.  And seem to be very consistent.  Hard to beat this striker.
