 Havalon Piranta is the best knife I have ever carried into the turkey woods.  I have an extra in the truck along with replacement blades throughout the season as it is the lightest and sharpest I have found.

1960's model Case trapper good steel holds an edge well and has two blades.
If you make everything easy how do you know when your good at anything?

Very sharp and not expensive. Does well on caping deer too.
