thanks, I am currently using a panasonic HC-V250 but plan on buying the V750 in the future so I can use an external mic and manual focus.

Very cool. I am going to steal that idea and try something similar for my mounts from this year. What you did with the beards is pretty cool. I just want to shoot a multi beard bird myself. That's one thing I've never done out of all the birds I've killed. Hopefully someday.
