SSX choke

what would be the best lead shells to try in this choke???

I'm shooting handloads of 3" 1 3/8 oz #6(lead) with a SSX in a steoger uplander sxs. Getting consistent 120's-130's in the 10 at 40 yds. As far as factory shells go, I really like Remington nitro turkey #5.

There have been problems with the SSX swelling in barrels, and being hard to remove.

with HTL loads, not with lead loads
I just picked up the SSX the other day, I have a 20ga .565 GSX AND A 12ga .679 GS that I have shot for years,I don't think I will have any problems with the SSX
