Spring Creek Calls

A pair of bacon wrapped gobbler breasts and 2 racks of country style ribs ready for the smoker. The "after" picture to follow about supper time.

I use a Brinkman propane smoker. Season, wrap with bacon and about 3 hrs. once smoker reaches 200-225 degrees.
