I am new to turkey calling and addicted is an understatement. A large part of my addiction is learning the calls. I very much enjoy the process and all the intricacies of each type of call. To help me learn, I read the questions that folks ask and look over the answers given. Often I read and hear general statements like "maybe for contest calling" or something similar.
I think it is obvious that on stage the callers call more than we might in the woods and string together sequences because of time constraints. Beyond that what are the differences?
