I just got a Browning Silver NWTF 3.5 and I'm planning on using Winchester LongBeards #6's  and I was curious if anyone has shot this setup, or if someone has some experience with this gun and a load that they have had good success with.   I'm hoping to use the choke that came with the gun if possible.

Bought one last year tried couple other chokes and mag blend.
I played with it and finally decided to try full strut tube that came
With and longbeard 6's . I am loving that setup.
Avg. 190 pellets at 40 yds. In 10" circle.
The gun handles and points like the be2 I was looking at.
Saved several hundred $. And couldnt be happier
you have a great set up so enjoy. And let the silver get you some
Swamp roosters.

   Happy hunting

Thanks Prohunter3509.   I'm going to try to pattern it tomorrow.

What choke are you using?  Just the factory turkey choke?
Lord, keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth.

I have a Browning Maxus and I'm shooting a Patternmaster Anaconda with 3.5" Win. LB XR #6s. It's putting 246 in a 10" circle at 40 yds.

Redfish

I'm shooting the same gun with a Jellyhead 670 and older Magblends. I've never counted pellets but it shoots a nice tight even pattern at 40 and it absolutely slams turkeys. My particular gun didn't shoot the Magblends nearly as well with the factory choke. It's a really nice gun and you will love it.

I'm hoping to use the factory choke if the pattern is good.  I believe its a full strut choke.   I will have to check when i get home.

It's a full strut and if I remember, it's really tight. I had the best luck with a PG 660 Tempest. That was before LBs though. The 24" barrel liked tighter chokes in my gun.

My Silver NWTF patterns best with a jelly head choke and Nitro 4x5x7s.  About 275 in a 10 inch circle at 40 yards.
