Tell them to be prepaired for a lot of company and intrusion if the birds are gobbling. Gotta get in on them and set up close real close. If they do not someone else will guaranteed if they gobble much. When it comes to Florida turkey hunting for some reason some turkey hunters have no respect towards other turkey hunters and the unwritten codes.

Tons of people, and most of them have no respect for other hunters. That's why I never go to those places any more, and only put in for permits for a handful of places. My advice to your friends is to get there a few days early, scout their butts off, and find areas with birds that are several miles away from roads or parking areas. Find those places and you'll leave 95% of the crowds behind, and might even be able to kill a bird. Florida public turkey hunting is ridiculous, and FWC is to blame. But there ain't nothing any of us can do about that.
