crow hunt before work today!!

The Iowa crow season opened again this last Wednesday.  A good friend and I stopped and hunted for an hour and a half on our way to work.  This is our best to date.  Here is a picture of my buddy.  We giggled all day as we ran the nail guns hanging trim.  Nothing is better than time in the field with a friend.  Thank you Lord may I have another?

I love hunting them things in woodlots and its even better when there is some snow,just lean up against a tree and call away.

Do you have to use steel shot for crow?

No we can use lead shot.  I use 7s or 8s trap load.
We are hoping to hunt again next Wednesday on our way to work weather permitting.
