I got a bunch of DW dowels for making strikers.  Various colors.  I can sell you what you want, or I can get you in touch with my vendor, and you can buy the 1" dowels yourself.  They run about $13 for a dowel 28 in. in length + shipping.  He carries almost all of the colors available.  Shoot me a pm if your interested.   Scott.
