Congrats on a nice bird. Seen a guy grab one when I was younger and the bird put the spur in the same spot as on your hand. It went right through and he got a serious infection....

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
