i keep the grill in the garage during winter and crack the door and fire it up at least once a week
grilled some mesquite marinated turkey breast strips last night and finished it off for lunch today  :funnyturkey:

This time of year I smoke just about everything. I load the smoker and go inside and come back out in a couple of hours.
