Have you considered an ATI adjustable hunting stock. You can adjust the LOP from 12 3/8" to 14 3/8". They also have a great recoil pad.

I am looking for a recoil pad that will fit in a youth 870 stock
it's not the harvest,it's the chase

A Limbsaver "Small/Medium" works well.
