This has been a tough NY season for me. I have never had so many close encounters in one season without harvesting a bird. Finally killed this one at 7:45am this morning. Sorry for the bad pic, I left my phone home this morning.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
