Kentucky Feet?

After looking at some pictures I think it may be Avion Pox like some have suggested.  Nast stuff what ever it was.  He even had a discharge coming from around his wing feathers at the base that looked like cooked grey colored hamburger.
If I'm not back in five minutes, wait longer!
