Turkeys in Puerto Rico??

My son is on vacation in Puerto Rico and has had turkeys roosting on the balconies of his hotel. He says that turkeys and peacocks are roaming the streets. Can a person hunt turkeys in Puerto Rico?? Think of the mixed bag trip..... turkeys in the morning... peacock bass in the afternoon.... and when tagged out... head for the beach. LOL
