Never did post my bronze legs from one of my birds last Season.

I was wanting a set and figured the first one with anything over an inch I'll get done. This ended up being my first of the Season and got them done. But my third one was even better, figures as I only wanted 1 set. Although they are pretty cool looking.

Those are sweet. You need to share how you did that.

captin_hook

Nice. Looks great.

tomstopper

Wow. I just found out what I am doing with my next big one....

archery1

That is pretty kool
how much they cost you ?
Take a kid hunting

redarrow

TTT. Tell us more.

Cutt

Sent them out to have done, cost right around 60.00 with shipping both ways.

bullet355

Where did you send them? I have a set from last year with 1 1/2 spurs I have been wanting to do
some thing with.

Cutt

I doubt you can do them, as they have to be preserved by a Taxi.

I sent mine to a guy that frequents the board, but it's not my place to give his name out, not knowing if he's still wanting to do this? As he preserved mine, then sent them to another guy to have coated. If he comes across this post, I'm sure he'll respond with info, if he's wanting to do more?

RutnNStrutn

$60 isn't a bad price at all.

bullet355

I may not be able to do mine now I don't know but I have had
them in the freezer since I cut them off.

Probablly could then? Just figured they were dried out?

Do an internet search for Montana Skull Works.  I don't have any experience with the company, but their website shows that they do them.  It also says that the feet can be dried out and still work.  $60/pc $90/pr.
Pass it on...

slamman

that looks great.  good thinking.
