Is anybody hearing anything in Mississippi?

I have been out everyday since the season started and haven't heard peep!

Since the start I have heard more and more each day, not a lot but they gobble a little more everyday it seems like. I am interested to see how it goes in the morning with the cold weather. I know that a few people killed some this morning, but we will see, I give it a week and a half until it gets going.

I am a little south of you in Scott county so hopefully over the next few days things will pick up.

If I was a gobbler, this morning I would have dug a hole and lit a fire to stay warm. I should have stayed in the bed, I froze, and heard nothing over my chattering teeth.

North Ms is tough. Just killed my 2nd one of my 3 bird limit. Neither bird said a word.  First week of April should be great.
