Just wondering what type of ink you guys use to sign your calls with. I'm having trouble with the ink bleeding and spreading into the wood. Thanks

I use a G2 Pilot. I cover my calls with boiled linseed oil and then wipe them dry, sign the call and then spray a very light coat of Deft, let it dry. Second coat is also a light coat, let it dry. Third coat I spray a little heavier. Fourth coat is a good coat and so on until I think its good. Let the ink dry good and then lightly coat the call for the first couple of coats.

Pilot G2 in the .07mm (medium) size. I have used it on bare wood and after using sanding sealer.  I would allow the ink to dry for at least 30 minutes before applying any additional finish.  I like to have a fan blowing on my pots after I sign and between each coat of Deft.
