BTW, there is a difference and an adjustment in getting used to carrying a gun on a strap with a grip stock. The grip pokes me a lot, and I did not think of that before I put it on. It makes the gun less comfortable to carry slung on one shoulder, it's less noticeable if you sling it across the chest bandolier style. I have to keep my right hand on the grip to keep it from bouncing and poking me so much. I do not have to do that with a regular stock, and thus the old one is more comfortable and practical when moving a whole lot. But I do believe the grip adds a slight advantage when ducking and weaving through a lot of cover as a place to steady the gun.
