I bought new primos decoys last year and this year they are all creased and don't want to set up
Any suggestions? Yes I know I shouldn't have folded but I did.

Hair dryer

This or just set it up in the yard on a sunny day and let the sun warm it up until the rubber softens up

Genesis 27:3 - Now then, get your weapons—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

Some you can run hot water on and they turn out great.

I stuff mine full of old newspapers during the off-season to keep their shape.

The hair dryer idea worked magic.
Thanks!

I use a 2 liter pop bottle inside body of decoy all winter. Works great!
