Mounting a FFIII on a 20 gauge Nova?
February 01, 2013, 10:08:17 PM
I just bought a 20 gauge Nova and was wondering if I can mount a FFIII on it (Drill and tap). I researched and found out that the 410333 Marlin mount works best with these sights. Will it work on a 20 gauge?
Reason: I e-mailed Burris, and asked, which mount would work best for a FFIII and his reply, "We don't make any speed beads for 20 gauge shotguns."
I thought Speed Beads were different than FF
Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I used a 336 Marlin mount on my 20 gauge Nova and went with a Nikon scope. If you dont like the length of the mount A good gunsmith can cut it down.
