Looking to buy a house, need opinions

Well the house will come with a big announcement.  I got a secret that I cant talk about until all the I's are crossed and the T's are dotted.  And no, the wife aint pregnant.

When deciding on which house to buy, if everything is equal, I always go with the one that has the bathroom closest to the house! That is a decision that will pay dividends on a daily basis.

We are leaning toward the larger house on more land.  They are both in the same school district.  THe announcement has little to do with the house.  Buying the house is just a by product of what will be the announcement.
