I'm ready for deer hunting as much as the next guy. I'm pretty much out of venison except a couple of bags I'm squirreling away, but come on, deer are boring!!!!  Bring on April!!

I love the spring myself, but I'm looking forward to getting into these fall turkey flocks here in PA. If you never tried fall turkey hunting give it a try, its a blast.

I've thought about it, but I have never tried fall hunting.  I've never really had a place to go, for whatever reason the farm back home (in MO) alway had birds around in the spring, but I rarely saw any in the fall until winter when season was over.

Here in OK, these Rios have me puzzled! apparently they roam and flock up in huge numbers. Feast or famine it seems.

you should try elk then.  it's a close second to turkey hunting.
