buckshot constriction?

ThOk so i seen on nitro website that they had tested buckshot through a rhino choke.  What would probably be the best constriction for lead buck?

I'll check mine out tonight. It's been years since I used it, but from what I can remember my factory flush Full choke did alright with 000. In a BPS.
