Went to Nebraska over the weekend and took these two longbeards. One had 1 1/4" spurs and an 8.5" beard the other had 1" spurs with a 10.5 " beard.  Great hunt.  Killed the second bird with 35 mph gusts.  My Ralph Snodgrass longbox cut through it like butter!
