I was fortunate enough to be able to kill my 2 birds the 1st week of the season again this year. It was pretty tough hunting with the afternoon heat, mosquitoes, and high water in the creek bottoms. I got to witness a gobbler fight sunday morning and even though I didn't get a clean shot it was an awesome experience.

1st bird 18lbs 3/8, 1/2inch spurs, 9.5 inch beard

2nd bird taken on 3-27-12, 10inch beard, 16.5lbs, 3/4inch spurs

In fall we rut, in spring we strut

May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?
If attacked by a mob of clowns, go for the juggler.
