I use an 870 with a parkerized barrel and receiver, and camo stock and forearm.  My BPS has a beautiful deep blue, but I'm going to pattern it with a new Indian Creek SS .665 INV+ choke, and see if it will reach out far enough to overcome my reluctance to hunt turkeys with a pretty gun.

Camo all the way. Just cause I like Camo. My duck gun is black and I want to paint it.

I hunt with both camo and black guns. I prefer to use camo simply because the finish on dipped guns doesn't tend rust when exposed to moisture.
