Somehow I missed a change in Oklahoma regs requiring check in and check out to enter oklahoma wma by cell phone . Went on line to check it out and it stated they were still figuring it out .Understand it has already been signed by govenor but they dont know what the wording is. I called ODWC and talked to law enforcement and wildlife division , clueless. This will go into effect september 1 for hunting and fishing . Log in and out by cell phone , can only be logged into one wma . I asked these questions , what if I dont own a cell phone with internent , said they havent figured that out , what happens if left cell phone on dresser , do I have to go home , no answer , asked if I go ahead and hunt am I a criminal , no answer , stated loosing hunting oppurtunity because forgot phone , no answer , asked what if cant get service , no answer. Stated until two years ago I only had flip phone , this phone is expensive . I stated they are creating an expensive requirement just to access wma . Told me to lay low as this may only be directed at non resident , I told him to get off NA a__ . They just raised all NA fees and want to add a 100 dollar access fee to wma.That is another discussion. There was more to it , Said before , say it again , clueless , dove season inone month , signed by govenor. All I can say is qoutas are coming . Told him to put sign in sheet at entrance , is that so hard , some wma already have them. Clueless .
