2025 Old Gobbler Champions

Gentlemen,

As of 8:50 pm (CST) the evening the season closed in the Z zones in Michigan and with that the 2025 turkey hunting season is over. This also ends the Old Gobbler 2025 Contest and with a remarkable total team score of 602.7601 The Roaring 20's are officially the winning team. Congratulations to all of my gentle and gracious team mates who took it upon themselves to humbly usher gobbler after gobbler into the great hereafter without resorting to ridiculous grandstanding but rather you consider taking the life of these incredible game birds to be a somber and moving task.

I present the repeat Championship team, The Roaring 20's!

Was most enjoyable to be on the Roaring 20's team again this year. Was a very tough and strange year but happy to have been blessed to take a few birds again this year. Congrats to all my teammates on a solid season.

Big thanks to Mr. Norman for leading this team year after year.

Wouldn't want to be a member of any other team. It was a grind this year and I'm proud of us for pulling it off again. Can't wait for spring to come again.
