Has anyone shot or do you shoot these loads in a semi-auto. Do they work fine or do they beat your internals up in your gun?

I shoot them.  However, I have broke a locking block on my viper g2.

I shot it all year in my compact montefeltro. Probably 15-20 rounds in total. I do run an extra power recoil spring from Wolff.

I have a m2 that I had to put one of those on myself. I was only shooting 1 3/4oz loads when I had to do that. This is why I was wondering about the 2oz.

I think that spring is even heavier than the stock spring that Benelli runs in their 12 gauges.

It's definitely stout.

If you don't mind me asking, which brand and shot size was you shooting in your benelli. What choke and constriction works best with that big of a load?

Rocky Ridge #9s. I tried it in IC .555,.562 and trulock .570. All 3 were very good, but the trulock had the tightest core with the most consistency of pattern distribution. I think the average bb count for the trulock was aprox. 10"- 380/20"- 260. The ICs were more like 360/250ish.

That should definitely work, sounds impressive. My m2 likes a .570 with a variety of loads. Never been able to get anything to shoot through a .555
Thanks for the information
