Lynch Birmingham Variations

Some of the Birmingham Alabama Lynch World Champions had different routing in the sides. Like this one that had partial routing instead of the routing that went the full length of the call. Im assuming this was a time period specific variation, anyone have the story on that?

Yep.

The side grooves on the World Champions were all over the place. 

There is a book.... "Most Perfect".... that lays all that out better than anywhere else I know of.  I'll get into it and see if I can get you a best estimate for your call.
