New Mouth call wallet

I found this company on Instagram Smallwood and Sons and ordered one of their greenleaf mouth call wallets to try. It arrived today and I'm very pleased with the product especially for $25. Seems well built and looks great!

How does it open? Is it spring steel and you squeeze it to open?

Looks nice...but my question would be...how will it hold up under the regular washings and disinfecting it will need to have to ensure against the build-up up bacteria which will most certainly occur?

I have the exact one but in bottomland. I love it. It is more of a canvas material, and washes fairly easily. I just scrubbed it with dish soap after the last couple seasons. Have had it three seasons now and no issues whatsoever!

Never hand washed my old ones but the material would definitely hold up to gentle washing.

Been wanting to get another one and this one looks great. I have been using the Houndstooth, that hangs around your neck and has magnetic closure.  I am tired of losing mouth calls out of it.  Thanks for taking the time to share this information.
