It's a lot of rain and some wind. I anchored the wife's blind with a cement block. She is on her own if she wants to hunt saturday. If it is a huntable day, I will try Maine , if not, stay in the nest till 0600.    Z

Well it looks like humble pie for the team this year, but we are officially the most fun and best looking. It might be interesting to add up the number of years of turkey hunting per team and see who wins that category. I know between myself and gobblenut we have over 100 years of pursuing gobblers. I just finished my 55th year, how about everyone else? Yeah. most of us are really old G.O.A.T.S

I gotta ask a technical question. Does wandering around in woods that are turkeyless with a lohman turkey tracer pot call and a single shot 20 gauge count as hunting? I did that for about 3 years before i ever got to hunt where there were actually turkeys. If we go by actually hunting where there were turkeys, I have about 24 years in. I have 44 years of being good-looking.
