Turning Leopardwood.....

Wanted to ask my fellow wood spinners if anyone has turned Leopardwood? I have turned a lot of different kinds of exotic wood but never Leopardwood. From what I have read it seems to have some challenges

it likes to tear out easily. extremely sharp tools and take your time is the key.

I turn it a lot. Make a lot of grunt calls out of it. I think finishing it nicely is more challenging than turning it.

I find it a very tough wood to turn! It chips very easily and small splinters. I made two trumpet from it and you have to go slow and light cuts!
